One of the great features of this website is you can begin making bookings almost immediately if you are a new customer. Everything you need is available online. We have designed this website to make it very quick and easy to do business with us.

In addition, we have created several options for you in terms of how you wish to manage your accounting.

Once off bookings

If you have a once off booking, you don’t need to open an account with us.

Booking a once off courier is inexpensive, fast and easy.

 

Step 1: Call 02 9780 4099 Select Option 1

Advise the operator you would like to book and pay for a courier by credit card.

Advise the type of service you would like to book.

Follow the simple questions the operator will ask you.

 

Step 2: Print off your consignment note (for freight services) or address label (for same day courier service) that will be emailed to you.

 

Be sure to attach the consignment note or label to your goods as instructed. If you have more than one item in your consignment, you will need to attach one consignment note or label to each item. Click on the links 'Despatching your goods' and Handy Hints for additional details and handy hints.

 

Step 3: Ensure your shipment is ready for collection on the date selected for your booking.

2. Frequent Users (coming soon)

If you are a corporate customer or a frequent user of our services, you will most certainly want to take advantage of our Frequent User Account options. These provide extra value adding and incentives to make doing business easier and more efficient. And everything can still be managed over the website.

The benefits of the Frequent User system include:

1. Special discounts over and above that of once off users

2. Convenient Payment Plan system which means you never have to authorize a payment ever again. We simply “top up” your account with your nominated amount when it reaches a low balance. We issue a tax invoice and receipt each time this occurs.

3. Convenient on-demand statement including financial and job history.

4. Bonus amount credited to your account of up to $100 per payment. You can use this bonus for any purpose related to free shipping with us.

When you go to Register, you have the option to select one of a range of plans.

Each plan declares a top-up amount and a minimum balance, where the top-up amount is the amount of money used to replenish your account when the minimum account balance is reached.

  • $50 plan, replenished when the balance reaches $5.00
  • $100 plan + $2.50 bonus, replenished when the balance reaches $10.00
  • $250 plan + $12.50 bonus, replenished when the balance reaches $10.00
  • $500 plan + $37.50 bonus, replenished when the balance reaches $20.00
  • $1000 plan + $100.00 bonus, replenished when the balance reaches $20.00

5. Once registered, you may Upgrade, downgrade and exit at any time.
