“Good afternoon Mark. Just a quick email to let you know how impressed we have been with Hunter Express since we swapped TNT for you guys approx two months ago. I know we are new clients - & you would hope that as new clients all your staff would somehow be advised to look after the newbies!!!! But the service we have been receiving is just astonishing!!!! Couple of weeks ago, my boss wants a door to door service on a Friday afternoon & I get given the job @ 2pm wanting to go from Warriewood to Blacktown. The way this was handled was brilliant and we got this carton to Blacktown by 4pm. We have tried to do the same on another Friday (around 2pm again) & was advised that the job could not be done in the time frame – ( all good with us – we need to be told the truth not some bullshit that the job can be done only to find out that it was an impossible ask .) Only this time, Brian Beach called back three times to see if all was good, including a call to say that he had worked out a way of getting the job done. ( On this occasion we sent a staff member to leave work early & do the delivery.) I have never had a freight/courier company call me to advise anything, let alone that they had worked out a way to get a car to us after saying that it could not be done. On another occasion we had to get an impossibly sized job ( very fragile as well ) from us to Crows Nest , but delivered up two flights of stairs. It was not a one man job – enter Brian Beach again, organized, delivered next day – this was a problem job – not to Brian & his team. Last Friday – we sent a team member to Melbourne to buy a laser cutter ( ours is broken & needs to go to USA ) I had spoken to Brian to see if this job could be done on the Friday ( this was a big piece of machinery with all sorts of logistic problems – however we hit some snags & didn’t think that we would be buying this machine – wrong – again at 2.55pm – I was told to make it happen. Again one call to Brian – well it is Monday, we have this machine & are back cutting plastic. It’s not only Brian who seem so capable – it’s your entire team from call room staff, rep, drivers etc. I could go on as there is more – but I’ll leave it at that for the moment.All this in , what two months – Hunter makes the other companies look second rate.
